2nd day of my challenge and below is what I had.

Apple cider: 1 cup

Morning Snack: Peanuts (handful); Colby Jack cheese
Lunch: Soft Tacos
Dinner: Baked Fish w/ veggies
Evening Snack: 1 cookie

Afternoon: Cleaning
